I would formally change the spelling of the word 'through' on all road signs and official documents to 'thru'.
My reason would be 'just because Eddie Izzard told me to'.

I would outlaw accreditation, total waste of money that will destroy public service if left long enough.

I would replace the "slower traffic keep right" signs with "left lane for passing only". I would also make the test to get your drivers license much more difficult.

There's about 10 posters I'd ban from CP.

There are nine who I'd ban, and you'd be... oh wait.

I'd make it legal to have a beer in public.

I've never understood why its a law to begin with. I understand laws against being out of control ripped in public, but man it would be nice to walk around Prince's Island Park on a summer evening with a beer.

I would also post the link to the secret moderators forum so we could all read the juicy details about why a certain poster was banned.

It's so silly that we still have this law across Canada. It really is overkill, just a lazy way to keep control of everyone in public.
They already have public intoxication fines to cover actual public drunkenness, so let people drink a beer responsibly at the softball diamond or beside the river.

I don't even understand where the demarc is on this. Why here? It's not necessarily a prudish Brit thing, because you can drink a beer in public in Hong Kong.
When it's 27 degrees out, put my drink in a go cup and let me walk the street!

If you don't look like a moron you can do it. I do it regularly in the summer. I put it in a cozy so it isn't obvious. Fish Creek, Sandy Beech, Princes Island, inglewoodnbird sanctuary.
No one has ever said anything.
The law is just there because it's much easier to enforce than drunknin public.

Make cannabis legal and then spend the rest of the day watching Robot Chicken and eating Doritos.

I enjoyed this one, also;
Blanket increase of all speed limits by 10KPH.
Implement min speed limits 10KPH below the current limits.
Crazy musing about what I would do with not restrictions;
Break Ground in Nuclear power plant In every major city. As far as greener generation, I don't believe there are clean fossil options and I don't worry about the Solar/Wind problem as much as the base load problem. I think those two technologies have enough momentum now that if you can manage the base load they will continue to grow on their own.
Open board band internet servicing 95% of residences. (effectively nationalizing the internet industry and turning Rogers/Shaw/Bell into glorified hardware leasing companies). I think access to information and communication is becoming a basic human right, and this is likely the most efficient way to address any gaps that could start to grow in our society.
Luckily (or not) the Canadian system lends itself to functional dictatorships whenever we happen to give one party enough seats. So the right kind of crazy leader could actually begin to send us down these roads, although budgets would probably have it happen slower than in one day.

Inspired by the most logical race in the galaxy, the Vulcans, breeding will be permitted once every seven years. For many of you this will mean much less breeding, for me, much much more.
