The Canucks ended up with twelve shots in the second period and so did the Coyotes. The dogs lead it 2-0 midway through the third period and the Canucks have only one shot so far.

So Ovechkin got his 23rd goal tonight. He is slowly creeping up on Sid, who has slowed down scoring goals, he's still racking up points but only has two goals in his last ten games.

The "unofficial" second half of the season is going to be fun to watch.

I really want to see Sid hit 50 goals again.

They are getting outshot badly in the third, but Talbot seems to have a habit of stopping lots of shots, and the Oilers suddenly have a have a habit of scoring on all their opportunities.

It was 15-2 in shots for the Sharks, and McDavid just got a breakaway with an empty net. So it's 4-1.
