Would love to see Taylor Hall rip his old team for a few points and a Jersey win today

Laine got absolutely rocked by a clean, open ice hit. Stayed on the ice and had to be helped off. Hope he's able to shake it off...

EDIT: Whoops -- missed the thread...

The Kings were losing 2-0 after twenty minutes and have come back to take the lead 3-2 with five minutes left in regulation time.

The Flyers scored all their goals in the second period to defeat the Lightning 4-2.

The Kings are like the Flames of two years ago. So good in OT.

Good gawd these guys calling the Oilers/Devils games sound like teenage girls at a Justin Bieber concert the way they are salivating over Connor McDavid!! It's embarrassing!!

My favourite intermission question of all time (from last season):

"So, Michael, your Flames are ahead 4-2. What's it like sharing the ice with Connor McDavid?"

Good start for the Devils as they strike the first blow on the Oilers. Miles Wood makes it 1-0 Devils midway through the 1st.

Glad the Devils got that lead. They needed it too because they were getting hemmed in their zone badly and bailed out by Schneider before that Wood goal.

Hall is awful. I don't care how many points he may get, you'll never win with him playing that many minutes.

No compete level and can't win the 50/50 pucks.

Oh man. Rookie Nikita Scherbak scores his 1st NHL goal with 0.9 sec remaining in the 1st period. Just seconds after Lehkonen hit the post with a wide open net.

3-2 Scabs over the Buds at the end of the 1st period.

After twenty minutes
Oshie with the early goal, 1-0 Capitals in the battle of the national capital cities.

Marchand with a shorthanded goal, 1-0 Bruins.

The BJs come out strong again, 3-1 over the Rangers.

Miles Wood may be as fast as McDavid. He can flat out fly.

I think he's going to be a good one.

LOL. Hall puts a clamp on Larsson then Hall goes for a wild flop. Nothing called either side.

Kings win, Canucks out of wild card spot...

Now, the Flames need to keep it that way...

Yup, and if the Devils hang on and do us a favor as well, tonight will be a huge opportunity for the Flames. 2 very important points tonight.
