Flames lose 6-3 to Tampa.
That was an absolutely abhorrent game to watch
Pros:
- Brouwer?
- Gaudreau with another point
- Elliott was OK, I guess
- Brodie with 2 points
Cons:
- Johnson was baddddd
- How did Gaudreau miss that open net
- How did Brouwer miss that open net
- Brian Boyle

Not a great game for the Flames. Maybe a game like this was needed to get their heads down from the clouds a bit, possibly? bah. They made it interesting at least, and a couple of bounces here and there and it's a different game. Move on and start another streak.

Ugh, need a shower after that one.
Shake it off, practice hard tomorrow, beat Columbus. Onward and upward.

Fumbled passes, bad bounces, too casual on defence.
180 from last weekend aside from 7 or 8 minutes. Need to be way, way better on friday.
I feel like they pissed this game away. All they had to do was continue what they started in the first half of the first
...sucks.

The idiots who gave Elliott a Bronx cheer after his first save after the ONE goal he let in.

I know that they wanted to get Versteeg back in the lineup but why mess with a team on a streak? They were so good on Saturday against Winnipeg. Give Versteeg an extra day to get better and keep Hathaway in there.

Meh, the days off maybe caused them to lose the momentum they had. Hopefully get back to success on Friday and this will be forgotten quickly.

Game started exactly how they wanted it to, and then the wheels fell off. Their heads just weren't in it after Tampa tied it. Johnson had a rough game as well, which didn't help. They just need to shake this one off and make sure they're ready for Columbus. If they don't put in a 60-minute effort against that team, they're gonna get killed.

- Double minor for high sticking was the turning point tonight
- Team had their chances to tie
- Goaltending wasn't up to par tonight
- Faceoff circle was dominated by the Lightning
- Did like the pressure they put on in the 3rd

If Bennett had buried that half breakaway to make it 4-3, that would have been a real fun finish.

Can't go an indefinite win streak so let's how they play after a loss. Until then everyone's awful and sky is falling.

Seriously though, it's not like we're going to go the rest of the season with throwing up a stinker, just have to limit them and move on from this one. At least it wasn't an intradivisional game.
