LF: Unlocked or Telus Locked Android Phone

My Galaxy S4 has finally given up the ghost, so I'm in need of a new phone. I just ported over to Public Mobile, so I'll need either an unlocked phone or one locked to Telus. Let me know what you have.

This might not be what you're looking for... but what about a BLU phone? They range from like $80-300 CAD on Amazon brand new.

Most of what I've read make it seem like a great entry level phone or an excellent "disposable phone" (ie: Stolen or broken, who cares) for travel.

If your budget is super tight, sometimes the warehouse prices aren't bad. Some people open it up, realize they want to spend more, then send it back. Save money from people just ripping apart a box. Plus, Amazon's return policy is pretty lenient.

I think the OPO (one plus one) mentioned earlier isn't a bad phone to look into. Probably similar calibre to the BLU phones, but way superior look, quality (my wife's one was a trooper, worked great even with denting etc.) and support (forums are crazy at times). I'd probably put Oxygen OS on it if Cyanogen is still on it though. There are many CPers with experience with the One Plus One. They can definitely give you some of their thoughts on that phone.

EDIT: and superior accessories for the OPO than the Blu phones, I believe.

Thanks all. I ended up going with a Samsung Galaxy S5. Should keep the learning curve down from my S4, and got an open box at a pretty good price ($299) with 1 year warranty.

I have a moto g4 plus on Telus. It's mint and runs stock Android and has a fingerprint reader.

It's in new condition. Comes with box and accessories.

Great phone. I got a black Friday deal on a dual sim ZTE so I don't need it anymore.
