lol, wow.......

I think they are going to find out at some point that they'll have to give up as apparently people have more money than brains and will keep donating.

I think that's pretty funny.

I keep laughing at how hilariously absurd it is.

Are they just digging a wider hole, or are they digging down?

I hope they are digging down.

Lol this was my first question:

It's ridiculous.. so far they've built up enough funds to dig for 34 hrs. People have nothing better to do with their cash obviously.

It's actually an interesting concept. How far can they legally dig down?

Was it last year that they raised the price of Cards Against Humanity, on black Friday, and had record sales ?

I'd totally give them someone else's money to keep this going. Not mine though, that'd be dumb.

Remember when they literally sold people crap? Like, they advertised it as a box of feces. They made it clear that if you ordered it, that would be what you would get. Yet people still didn't believe them and bought it expecting some sort of extra, or a limited edition Cards Against Humanity card, or something. Nope. They made a bunch of money selling people poop.

I swear the people who made this did it solely to troll everyone to the greatest extent imaginable.

EDIT: Also, this seems like a terrible deal even if you really enjoy watching people dig holes for no reason. 1$ only gets you 1.4 seconds. Why? $10 per minute would probably get a lot more people donating.

"We've got some equipment sitting around, what can we do to get work? Hey, let's get people on the internet to pay us to do pointless work!"

I wonder, if in fact, the digging is actually pointless. Maybe they are actually building something there?

Maybe they tried to get a government contract, and failed. this was the next best option.

At some point you run into slope stability problems and need to build terraced roads to dig deeper. I'm interested in where this goes from here.

Based on their history, this will simply be a hole with no ulterior motives, other than highlight people will spend their money on stupid stuff.
