#Flames lines/pairings look the same this morning as they did last night. Tkachuk, Kulak, Grossmann skating as extras.

We have to play Chicago and Blues back to back on the road... Should I even watch.

Tkachuk sitting. May as well return him to junior. Let him carry London and play in the World Junior tourney. No need for him to have a press box view of the tire fire.

I think it's certainly starting to look like they will send Tkachuk back.

Why not let him get 9 games in? Deciding then would be better than deciding now.

I think Tkachuk has been better than Bouma all season. Bouma has been garbage and I'm wondering if he is not effective anymore or wont play the type of game that will make him effective.

Disagree. It looks like they are sitting him, he should play. So, send him down. The team is feeling pressure now too, no need to expose him to that.

Would rather see him play at junior then sitting in the press box.

Quite surprised the Flames are going with the same lineup.

It's probably better to protect Tkachuk from the Flames' losing culture this year.

It's too bad this isn't a longer road trip coming up. A nice 6 game roadie is something that could help this group I think.

Tkachuk should be sent back to the O. Not for his play at all (he's been fine for an 18 yo rookie). Just to get him away from this tire fire right now. It can't be helping his development other than to show him what not to do, which is a difficult way to learn.

Kristen Odland @Kristen_Odland

Interesting that Gulutzan is talking about making better, quicker decisions on the penalty kill.

I warned you guys about Elliott. He's been waiver material outside of Hitchcock.

Yeah we should have picked up Bishop and his .861 SV%.

Or that .879 Frederik Andersen. Nice contract there.

Bishop hasn't had his stats inflated by Hitchcock.

Listen here troll.

Outside of the first game Elliott has had a ECHL team in front of him. Carey Price would have terrible numbers with this team in front of him. Until/if he has an NHL team in front of him then we can pass judgement. Otherwise you're just a leafs troll on a Flames board doing troll things.

that doesn't make any sense. That somehow makes Bishop a competent goaltender on the Flames?
