Default Ristolainen reports without a contract

This is very risky but he is a true teammate, wish Johnny would do this.

OR he would rather not spend any more time in Russia than he absolutely must.

Maybe I'm misinterpreting you but I don't think this makes Rasmus Ristolainen any more of a "true teammate" than Johnny.

Either way, I hope Johnny's contract gets done soon so we can all stop having to talk about it. It's getting a bit exhausting and everyone on the board is getting touchier the longer it goes on.

I think it's hard to draw comparisons between the two and come to any sort of conclusive evidence of one being more of a teammate than another player. So many variables and so many unknowns involved; different management group, different agent (I'm assuming, actually..), different backgrounds, different teams etc etc etc.

There's too much money on the line for Gaudreau to even consider this. I want him to sign the dotted line just as much as anyone else but it would be foolish on his part to report and he wouldn't be making any friends in the NHLPA.

Sometimes I wonder if Par is just incredibly astute at stirring the pot or is so willfully obtuse their wrong-headedness is like a black hole of common sense that attracts everyone to try and correct them.

What are you saying? Do you think Ristolainen might have something against Russia?

How am I stirring the pot? I just posted something that is making news around the NHL and this news kind of involes the Flames because of Gaudreau situation.

You implied he's not a good teammate because he's not willing to endanger his future earning ability by attending camp without a contract

You know what you did, now go sit in that corner --->
