Commercials Seem Louder Again
The CRTC introduced some restrictions around this year's ago, but I noticed tonight while watching a movie that the commercials were louder than the movie. Has anyone else noticed that as well? What happened?! It's really annoying scrambling for the remote to turn down the volume of some friggin ad while relaxing to a movie.
