Rooms For Rent!
Hey guys don't know if this is the place to post this (If not please let me know where!) My roommates are in the process of purchasing a house and are getting set to move out! (The date is up in the air right now as they have offers out there but nothing solid as of yet!) however just trying to get my ducks in a row and get the word out! I own a 4 bedroom 3.5 Bathroom townhouse in Panorama I have 2 rooms avab. one is in the basement and it's a secondary master bedroom, shower, bathtub everything! The basement also includes a 96" projector TV that I pretty much never use! The upstairs is a slightly smaller room with your own shower/Bathtub. Shared kitchen and living room which has a TV in it as well! I have 2 parking stalls in the back and then street parking right out front of the place. I'm a 31 year old professional looking for 1 for sure and possibly 2 roommates! Again the move in date is a little fluid but my guess is Oct. 1st at the latest.
