I would assume if you have a doctors note or the like you could buy them at London drug, you can get them at hobby shops without the needle.

What's luer lock? That's just the screw-in tip instead of the press-fit style, right?
Does it have to be 60cc specifically? I have thousands of 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 50cc.

I dont think this type of syringe comes with needles. If you want to use it for such an application, needle tips can be purchased separately and attached. I dont need needles. London Drugs doesnt have them on their website, while they do have other syringes.
Do you know of any specific hobby shops that you would suggest to contact?

30 to 60ml, or about 1 to 2 fl oz.
They dont have threading typically from what I understand.
Why do you have them? Suggestions where to buy?

Yeah Luer-Lok is the the tip with internal screw threads.
I'd love to know what you have planned for these, I'm guessing culinary. Flavor injection for a roast? Vodka into a watermelon?

You might mean a slip tip syringe then?
Can't really offer you a local solution to buy in low quantity, as they are typically bought en mass quantity via medical supply companies.

Don't have any that aren't threaded. Those are a pain to work with.
Outside of work, I use these things for a lot of stuff. 3cc are perfect poor-man's grease gun to hit your mountain bike pivots. 10cc for injecting lamb chops with olive oil/rosemary/paprika. 20cc with the cut-off hose of a butterfly and filled with 1/2NS for blasting wax out of your kid's ear.

Go to a U of C research labs, say third floor of the Heritage Building. Look at names on lab doors. Dr. A and Dr. B.
Go to Dr A lab, say you are from Dr B 's lab and need to borrow some 60 cc syringes
Almost certain to work, especially if you look like a doofus grad student. Guaranteed to work if you are young female asking doofus male student

Have you considered rummaging through the needle deposit boxes in the airport bathrooms?

I'm curious why you want the threaded locks when you aren't using needles anyway? What are you trying to screw in there? The needle tips that the regular luer syringes are designed for really don't need the locks unless you're using some pretty big volumes/pressures.

I dont necessarily need the internal thread but I havent seen any syringes that would otherwise fit my needs. I have seen some with external threading and that was what I referred to earlier but that doesnt work for my application.
Edit: the tips on the slip versions would likely not work for me but without seeing it in person I couldnt confirm. I have successfully used the locking tip.
My terminology may be off too as I dont work in medical supplies. I dont need it to be necessarily medical grade and thats why Princess Auto may suffice depending on the exact grade.
I think I got this solved withiu having to resort to PA so thanks for all help.

Your strangely elusive responses have piqued our collective interest, but cruelly withheld any indication of its intended use.
Therefore I am left to conclude it's for a urethral injection.

It's driving me a bit bonkers that you aren't telling us what you want them for.
