Was that the only NHL backup job left open? Looks like Ortio is either getting another 2 way contract somewhere, or Europe bound.

Hopefully Lehner stays healthy this year, Nilsson would be a trainwreck if he has to start as many games as Johnson did last year

Actually according to the Buffalo News, Tim Murray had a verbal commitment from Jeff Zatkoff to play in Buffalo when the free agency period started.

Zatkoff reneged and signed with LA, leaving Murray scrambling for a Plan B, Nilsson was it.

Especially with his injury, things don't look bright for Ramo. Maybe the Coyotes need a 3rd stringer but everything else looks filled. Injuries happen though and I could see him wanting to stick around in NA with expansion opening up another couple of spots.
