Sam Rosen to Receive the Hewitt Award

The Rag's and occasional national broadcast announcer, Sam Rosen will get the Foster Hewitt Award for the HHOF in November. Rosen is one of my favorite opponent announcers...balanced, accurate, and not too verbose.

Bob Verdi of the Chicago Trib, and Blackhawk team historian, will receive the Elmer Ferguson award at the same time.
