Default The best kept secret within the Calgary Board of Education

We lived in Marda Loop/Altadore previously, not too far from your school, and I always thought that the school was for "troubled" youth.

Isn't this the old lord shaughnessy school which was for "slower" kids?

It's more self-directed, which in my experience would be better suited for stronger students.

Pretty sure Alternative is that old elementary school at 50th & 20th. Shaughnessy was (is?) the the troubled kid school and it's somewhere in the neighbourhood south or south east of Central. Close proximity, but not the same school.

Alternative High School used to be Clinton Ford Elementary and is just north of Central Memorial.
