Co-Coaches. They have to engage in single-combat in a Thunderdome after every game to determine who gets to coach the next one.

That makes it tough for Stevens. I wonder if LA will allow him to move now? That is potentially another 3 years of 'waiting' that Stevens has to do to become the coach in LA.
