Default $557 CAD round trip - Calgary to Tokyo

If anyone is planning on visiting Tokyo:

http://nextdeparture.ca/flight-deal/...ing-taxes-ana/

Looks like various available dates are from August to April with Dec 2 to 25th excluded.

I was thinking about heading over in March, 2017...then I was reminded that I am planning on going to the Montreal GP...tough for me to pick. Can't afford both.

Haven't been to Tokyo but I have been to two Montreal GP's, hard to imagine better talent anywhere in the world.

It makes me wish I was in a better position financially. Japanese domestic market guitars are awesome.

I'm going in November, but I bought my ticket a couple of months ago when they were $900. That was a good price, but $557 is just ridiculously good. Also, flying with ANA is much better than AC.

Ugg, we literally just booked flights/hotels for a trip to Montreal next month.

Japan is insane, if you can swing it hop on this deal right away.

Strongly considering booking this deal... is a week long enough? I have a one week window next March and flights are $745 return... It's not $577 but it's still super cheap.

Agreed but AC is not exactly a great airline... actually North American Airlines are pretty much all crappy compared to other options internationally

We did a week in Tokyo about 2 years ago and found it to be just about enough, I'd love to go back for longer than that, but you'll still see/experience plenty in a week.

AC is ####. The only reason I fly with them is because they are usually the cheapest, and it's a direct flight.

Just booked the week after Christmas. Planning on hitting up Niseko for some skiing.

Literally a $6000 difference between Air Canada and United flights right now if you search on Google Flights. The AC flights shows up at the low price and then jump when before you go to book. I tried tweeting them about it earlier but they blamed it on the Japanese airline even though it's clearly not. For example: http://goo.gl/flights/xK8t

Anyway, seems like a great deal. If anybody has been skiing in Japan before I'd love to chat with ya (PM Me!)

(Does this mean sureLoss is expanding his coverage to include travel deals?)

Thanks a million sure loss, you saved me almost $400 today.

Last night, I booked 4 tickets for $2700 with United . As soon I saw your post, I searched United.ca and found same flights for $2350. Luckily, united gave me full refund on original tickets.
Feels like i robbed them,lol. $580/person .

Keep in mind,we are 2 adult and 2 kids. Kids fare is usually cheap on international flights.

No excuse now, hope several CP'ers visit Japan and find out just why it is so awesome over here. Tokyo is super cool, but hope you see more than that...

ANA - ANA is one of the best airlines but it was through some loopholes and different booking techniques to get the discount.
