Boudreau Expected to Sign with Minnesota as New Coach
As per Elliotte Friedman:
Boudreau contract in MIN expected to be four years, just under $3M per. That was the step-up from the Wild in the last 24 hours.

@FriedgeHNIC 2m2 minutes ago I don't think it was solely about money (although that never hurts)...MIN has been a more consistent playoff team, too.

Meh, so be it. I recognize that Boudreau is a successful coach, but there's something about him that has always bugged me. I would have been happy if he was our coach, but I'm totally fine with him not becoming our coach. Relatively ambivalent about him I guess.
Besides, he's not the only coach that's capable of teaching a team how to win. I'm sure the Flames will find the candidate that is best suited for this team. Heck, you never know, D. Sutter might be looking to come home.
