Lifetime Suspension

Tank this coming year?
It would hav been nice had we gotten a top 3 pick(it stings so much), the player we did with 6th pick, he probably won't make it to the NHL for least another, would you guys be Gabor of tanking and getting another top player in the 2016-17 draft, it is not that we are going to Stanley Cup favourites any time soon.

No, it's a bit too early to start tanking when we don't even know who we are drafting, how much our players have developed over the summer, who are goalies are, who we signed, etc.
Player development is important. Probably even more important than drafting well. Tanking is bad for development.
That's about as dignifying as a response as I can give.

I disagree. It's FAR too early to know what sort of team the Flames will be in the next two or three years. They have most of the necessary ingredients to be a contender very soon (top line centre with excellent centre depth, top line winger, 3 top-end defensemen): why would we count them out now?
