Hi guys! Im selling this for my old man who is planning on doing some traveling this summer so won't get out an golf as much as he'd like. The normal dues are $4200 + $600 Food and beverage spending. He is looking to get $3100 obo (then the F&B is on your own) so a nice little $700 discount! Please let me know if you are interested.
