Mathews goes out of the division and the Flames get the player they need.
Hell, that's a 10/10 for me

Close to perfect, but I'm holding my '10' vote for the Flames getting 1st and Edmonton falling out of the top 3.
Toronto is by far my second choice to get #1 overall. Sure, we'll get Matthews coverage rammed down our throats for the next decade, but that sure beats the mcdavid wankfest that we got this last year.

8.
Would have been a 9 except a division opponent got the 3rd overall pick.
Also, my run resulted in a top 3 pick for the Flames yet again.
I wonder if there's a way we can do a GoFundMe to somehow purchase the rights to let me draw the lottery balls. Clearly I have the touch.

10/10 is Flames getting first pick with edm, van and tor outside the top three.
This is the next best thing so, 9/10 .
Good job bingo. Make it happen haha

Voted 10. We get Laine, one of the two premiere players in the draft. Neither EDM nor VAN draft top 3. Couldn't get much better IMO.

I would only vote 10 if:
a) Calgary won the first overall pick
b) Calgary won the second pick and no other Canadian team won the lottery.
But this is quite close, I I'd give it a 9. Imagine the trade speculation on an Arizona and Toronto trade...

Basically a 9.5 for me. I don't care about Toronto winning a lottery, and even Arizona is ok despite being in our division.
10 is if we win #1, but Laine at #2 might be ideal in a way as it removes the pressure of deciding between the 2.

That's an easy ten, I like both Calgary and Toronto almost equally - though the Flames are #1.

Great result for the flames, Laine would be perfect fit. I wonder in a situation like this if the leafs would take Domi, first and something else from arizona. Would be an interesting result for sure to see

Laine would be unreal simply unreal. He is even starting to tip the scales for me as far as all prospects are considered. The thought of putting a 6'4 200+lb right shot sniper opposite Gaudreau is tantalizing

I did the draft simulator 10 times and the Leafs were never in the top 3. So if they can somehow get top 3 I will be very happy.
