huge day for the Leafs as we beat Philly in OT while the Blue Jackets lose to Buffalo (I owe you one, SportsJunky ).

Really good chance to make the postseason now. The way I understand it, the Leafs clinch a playoff spot on the last day if

- we get at least a point vs the Devils OR
- we lose in regulation, but Columbus also doesn't win vs Chicago OR
- we lose in regulation, Columbus wins and Carolina loses in regulation

I hit F5 a lot today, only to be disappointed with the Jackets effort. Couldn't beat Buffalo in as close to a must win game as possible. Vrbata with another good game for us, just needed someone else to help out as well.
We now need some help from either the Devils or Panthers while beating the Blackhawks to sneak into the playoffs.

Nashville earns a second straight playoff berth with a big win over Phoenix! Deadline acquisition Paul Stastny was the catalyst with a pair of goals and the games first star. Pretty pumped to get the win!

Good lord...I put Scrivens in net, drop Couture and Carter to the 4th line and I lay a beating on the Flames. Where was this when I had a shot at a play off spot?
