He got a 5th rounder? That's a surprisingly good return for someone that was drafted in the 5th round to begin with in 2008 and has sputtered out in the NHL.

i've watched Larsen in person several times when he was an oiler.
He was one of the best skaters on their squad. If he's learned the game this could be a heck of a pickup for the Canucks.
i've said a few times that i'd have welcomed Larsen into our organization and liked to have seen what he'd have done with some proper development.
