Need a 2.5" notebook HDD to IDE adapter

I need a 2.5" notebook HDD to IDE adapter to copy data off my notebook's drive after the notebook died.

I can't seem to find any stores in Calgary that carry one. Any ideas?

First place I would go looking would be Radio Shack or The Source. Perhaps try looking up local computer stores, for computers and computer goods only? For some reason I seem to recall one in a mall somewhere around Calgary, might be mistaken though.

Nope, I can't find anything on their website and I wouldn't expect normal box electronic stores to carry something like this unless it was part of an enclosure.

I'd give Memory Express a call anyway. Even if they dont stock it, they might be able to order it in.

Similaraly, the Computer Rack might be able to do the same.

Thanks, I must have horrible searching skills or their interface just isn't intuitive.

But I don't need it anymore. Tiger Direct had some nice aluminum 2.5" enclosures for only $13! And there's free shipping.
