Bouma out for a few weeks(lower body inj).
Aaron Vickers @AAVickers
Bouma will be out "quite a bit of time," according to Hartley. Sustained lower body injury against San Jose. #Flames
Aaron Vickers @AAVickers
#Flames lines in practice: Gaudreau-Monahan-Ferland; Bennett-Backlund-Hudler; Colborne-Granlund-Frolik; Bollig-Stajan-Jooris.
Jermain Franklin @TSNJFranklin
Hudler will return to the #Flames lineup tomorrow night... Frolik is a game or 2 away from a return.
Jermain Franklin @TSNJFranklin
Bouma's horrible luck continues, he will be out for a few weeks with a lower body injury according to Hartley. Tough

Looks like Bouma's style of play is starting to take a toll on his body. Although a cut is kind of a freak accident the guy is so willing to put himself in harm's way that there is no way it's not going to take a toll on him.

Bollig didn't deserve to stay in the lineup with his play but based on how Florida has been very physical in this western trip probably not a bad idea to have him in the lineup.

Not sure I'd call it luck. Bouma is made of glass.

He went to the dressing room on two different occasions last night. Rough season for him.

AC's Bouma 2015/2016 video is going to be quite short.

He went on an incredible stretch last season where he seemed invincible, but right before he made the NHL and from the end of last season into this one he can't seem to stay healthy.

Bad news: #Flames Lance Bouma's left leg was cut by a skate in 3rd period of last night's game vs. #Sharks. Good news: no tendon damage.

It's not like Bouma is made of glass, it's just that he just throws himself into everything and cares more about the play then his own safety at times. I love the guy when he's healthy but he's just hurt too often.

Bouma says the cut he suffered didn’t damage any tendons. Only concern is letting the cut fully heal. No finite timeline yet. #Flames

I would love it if they let Hudler play his natural side and went Hudler-Bennett-Frolik on the second line and Granlund-Backlund-Colborne on the third, but now I'm just nitpicking. Really like the top line.

getting cut by a skate is simple, random misfortune. It does not equate to being made of glass.

And also, there's no such thing as glass people, unless we're talking about sculptures or those little crystal ornaments grandmother has in her wall cabinet. Even so, shaking hands with a glass person would be dangerous, unless they were polished.

So Hudler is coming back after what, a week?
Doesn't sound like he was healing up a significant injury that could explain his play....
