I want to start off with the fact that I actually support the Canadian Conservatives on a federal level (oddly I feel liberal would be better for our province), has anyone seen this new commercial with Stephen Harper yapping about how Canadains average salary is the same as 12 years ago, than it pans to some MP and Harper goes "Hey, John how long have liberals been in power", than our great friend john goes "12 years steve" then we get graced with cameos of fellow conservative MP's blech! worst commercial I'vwe ever seen.
I'm not a supporter of the Conservatives... mostly because they are socially conservative. Be conservative all you want but a party that is socially conservative will not win an election.
Beyond that, it was a truly terrible commercial and made me want to smack some heads.

I agree about the whole socially conservative part, but NDP would run our countrys bank account dry and we need a change from the liberals.
I agree with everything you said. Canadians are in a bind... but I'm simply not willing to vote for someone who would try to take the right to marry away from same sex couples.

bleh...I dont think its the WORST commercial ever. Thats a stretch. That damned Wendy's Ranch tooth commercial is far worse IMO.
So what does Harper do? Lie like the Liberals? Hes probably telling you the truth about wages. Im not a fiscal Conservative either but I just didnt see it in a negative vein at all.
