American Music Awards 2015

I know mainstream music gets poo-pooed a lot but the AMA show tonight had some killer performances.

One of my favorites from tonight was the new song by Macklemore. I'm a huge Macklemore fan but the song is also very on point with how I view the pharmaceutical industry.


The Alanis Morrisette performance was excellent as well. I was never a fan of her growing up but she can really rock it.


The Pentatonix Star Wars performance was incredible.


Edit: I've put up some videos that I could find on YouTube. I'm surprised that the AMA's don't have a YouTube.

Macklemore gets a lot of hate from hip-hop fans, which is unfair IMO.

I think he is a pop artist that has a great knack for composing fun catchy hits.

Would have loved to see Alanis Morrisette, did know she was going to be on. Too painful to sit through Ariana Grande and then One Direction, turned the TV off.

IMO, Ariana has a killer voice.

I also don't know how Nicki Minaj beat out Drake and JCole for Hip-Hop album of the year and for Favorite Artist.

Never noticed. Every time she's on tv I seem to lose every sense but sight.
