Terrible HSBC ad that breaks everything

Today's frustration:

If you mouse over this ad, it launches a pop-up video. The X to close the pop-up is conveniently located in the middle of the ad, so the only thing you can do after closing it is re-launch it, over and over and over until you F5, refresh the page, and lose what you were typing.

It has been there for a few days now. Seemed to go away last night but returned this morning.

The Crisco Ad does the same thing. Could be part of the reason the site bogs down so much lately.
Dam near a browser highjack.

Have something similar going on in Firefox. I had Adblock on, and the whole browser goes black. Can't even change tabs or anything until it eventually closes down on its own.
