It has been a decent third period in the Oilers-Ducks game with four goals scored. The Ducks have taken a one goal lead through out the game, but, the Oilers have tied it each time. It is 3-3 with two minutes left in regulation time.

I hate to admit it, but yeah he is. He struggled out of the gate, but he's figured out how to be an effective NHLer.
If I'm the Oilers though, I trade him. In fact, I trade him, Hall and Eberle.
I build around McDavid as my #1, Nuge as my #2, Yakupov, Nurse and Klef. (Side note: how much as Nuge improved, right?!?! Actually impressed with Nuge after a few very soft years).
Anyway, Draisatl is really good, but he needs to be a #2, and not a #3 or be utilized as a winger. Hall and Eberle shouldn't be part of the long term plan, and as a package they can fetch you something really good (a G or supporting D).
As I type this another goddam Connor/Mess commercial. Eff sakes.
Whew so glad for the Oilers existence this year. At the very least every time the Flames post another L I can always say "well at least the Oilers lost as well". It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside knowing they're still as bad as ever before.
Check this out - Jason Demers with a save of the year candidate.
Bonus points for the Bob Cole reference by Darryl Reaugh. Still the best Fox Sports broadcast team there is.

Also worth watching the Blues / Rangers highlights for some absolute beauty goals. Tonight's been a good night to have GCL.
