Pretty chippy game in Newark - Tootoo and Dorsett were tossed for dropping the gloves before the linesman dropped the puck, both Miller and Kinkaid have been hacked after covering up the puck leading to hostilities. Oh, and it's 3-3 after 40 minutes.

Baertschi with his first goal of the season. 1G/1A for him so far. Cammalleri with a goal and Stempniak with an assist. It's former-Flame night in New Jersey.
Now, Schlemko just needs to get the GWG.

Adam Larsson just got tossed for a 5 minute major for interference (took out McCann of the Canucks with a high hit).
Just watched the hit a number of times...
It was called interference - i.e. was too long after McCann lost control of the puck. McCann was definitely no longer in control, but it had just left his stick and no other player had taken possession. However, I can't recall the amount of time that can elapse after control is lost before a player is ineligible, so can't say if that aspect of the call was legit.
As for point of contact, it looked like Larsson came right across the front of McCann, with little or no shoulder to shoulder contact - primary point of contact looked to be to the head. That said, McCann was straightening up from a bent over position immediately prior to the hit, as Larsson was lining him up. I.e his head position was changing. IMO, that significantly contributed to where contact occurred.

Don't know what Willie seemed to be angry at. That was a fair interference call on Hamhuis. Brainless decision by him, he was blocking off the spent John Moore, could have let him go.
