The only thing that bothers me about it is that it's advertising Leafs shinguard.

Hopefully works better for those that were having problems with popups. Let me know if it doesn't work for you (didn't test in every single browser).

Good move, I go to forum.calgarypuck.com directly and even though there are sticky's, I miss the new stories most of the time.

Don't mention their name then. I think it's tailored to subject matter.

Definately caught me off guard with that one. I keep reading down in threads and see this big gap....constantly pausing to think..."Has that always been there?"
But now I can keep up with the stories, and can't compain with new goooooooooooogle ads.

Yeah.. unfortunately there's like 6 different code paths that the forum software goes through to render the board (forum list, topic list, topic list with subforums, PM list, reply, others) and of course each has a different height between the top of the red bar and the actual top of the HTML component, so I figured I'd just top justify them for now.

Given my screen resolution is 1280x1024 on a 19" LCD, the only thing that ad does is fill wasted space. No problem at all for me.

I feel for any poor suckers still on a 15" CRT at 640x480 though.

My situation exactly.

And I'm getting almost primarily free ipod ads right now btw.
