Professional Winter Coats for Shorter Guys
I am looking at acquiring a top coat that I can wear on top of my suit. However, I am 5'7 and I don't want to get something too long. Does anyone have experience with buying a coat that:
1) I can wear on top of my suit
2) Can handle the Calgary winter
I have a lot of nice jackets but want something that will look nice with a suit. Thought I would ask the CP community for their opinion.

I love all these suggestions. Maybe a mix of all these wonderful styles.

Something like this? Just make sure you try it on and it fits well around the shoulders and waist. I'd recommend getting it altered as well so it fits well - shorten the sleeves and bottom so it sits just above your knee and pull the middle in a bit for a more fitted look.

So awesome that in this day and age, short men can still be used as jokes. Great useful replies.

You've really got to hand it to short people, 'cause they probably can't reach it.

I'm a short guy, I find the jokes hilarious. Not everything has to be PC'd into oblivion. Grow a thicker skin, everyone has something to make fun of.
