The living beast that is the Chat for this channel is pretty amazing, to be honest. I was laughing a lot at the common themes they play out each episode.

In memory of his wife - tons of BibleThump (sad faces)
Paint colours displayed on the screen, and chat always gets lots of mileage out of Van Dyke Brown and Indian Yellow in particular.
Paints over something he already did - "RUINED"
Cleans his paintbrush and says he beats the devil out of it - "RIP DEVIL"
Tells viewers to drop him a line - "HE READS CHAT"
Finishes a painting - "GG"

I have the full series on DVD for some reason.

Interesting aside, the guy was in the military. From his wiki:

Having held military positions that required him to be, in his own words, "mean" and "tough", "the guy who makes you scrub the latrine, the guy who makes you make your bed, the guy who screams at you for being late to work", Ross decided that if he ever moved on from the military, he would never scream again.
