Default Did somebody lose a cat in the NW?
Posting for a friend:

Found a kitten (5-6 months old) in the Silver Springs area yesterday around 6 AM.

No tags/tattoo.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm wondering if you should change your subject to read "FOUND: Kitten in NW." The subject almost seemed like you had lost your kitten, and it has since been found.

I've questioned why Mayor Nenshi constantly tweets about missing cats yet there is a bylaw that cats are to stay on the owner's property. Essentially, this restricts owners to keeping cats indoors or in the backyard. Obviously people don't abide by this so why have a bylaw in the first place?

I suppose cats do get out and the mayor of a city doesn't have to support all of its bylaws however I wouldn't expect Mayor Nenshi to RT that I'm looking for renters in my R-1 basement suite.
