Lol, Cox just read my meandering thought on this very subject on CP and chucked it out there for the world to see.

If Treliving wasn't kicking tires on all sorts of free agents he wouldn't be doing his job.

3 years 4 million and another Hudler type of 5v5 player? Seems like a good fit.

Interesting.... he's 27 so I could see a 2-3 year deal that takes him to 30, that sets him up nicely for a retirement contract.

Yeah, this would be a pretty good signing if it's in the $4-4.5 million range.

Meh, not sure he brings much more than Jones. $4.5 is a good deal?

I'd be comfortable with that (depending on term). Solid two-way player, RW (but shoots Left), young enough to still be a good piece when the team reaches maturation. A lot to like about Frolik.

Git 'er done Brad.

By the sounds of things Treliving is involved in anything and everything going on at this draft. I remember when he was first hired and most of us had to look into him a bit because he wasn't a well known AGM to most fans. The story on him was that he was a tireless guy always on the road scouting and working for the Coyotes. It appears that was all true as this guy seems to have his hands everywhere. I like that.

I am guessing he gets that tireless work ethic from his Dad considering the mega success he has had.

Top to bottom the Flames never quit!
