I'd recommend Inspectacar, they do third party inspections and they don't do any repairs so they don't have a bias towards getting unnecessary work done

Thanks for the info. I was thinking of taking it to AMA Inspection, but I have heard but others can be more practical. Anyway, I was just seeing if someone in the Calgary area has any recommendations for a good inspector. Thanks.
