Slab Jacking/Mud Jacking

Has anyone had any experience with jacking up concrete? Which companies are recommended? What is the approximate rate for the service?

I have a smaller section of garage slab that has sunk about 2 inches over a 12 foot span and as a result water from the vehicles flows towards the wall and corner of the garage instead of down towards the garage door. I'd like to get that corner/side of the slab back to the appropriate level so that I don't have more pooling in the corner next winter.

I got suspended in Grade 9 for jacking my slab behind behind one of the portables.

If you find out any answers on your own and don't mind posting them in here, I have a similar issue with a garage that is way too level.
