Default LF: RH Kids Wooden Hockey Sticks

We have about 8 kids in our cul de sac who play ball hockey almost daily.
Ages range from 5-12.
The heels of their blades are extremely worn (less than an inch on some) and I'd like to find some cheap replacements for them. The cheapest at Wal-Mart was $40, and that's out of my range to supply the kids.

Any suggestions where I could look for some cheapie wooden sticks?

I have the same thing. Picked up a bunch of plastic blades at crappy tire. $3 each.

I used door shims to stabilize some of the smaller and composite shafts. There are probably smarter ways but I happened to have a stack sitting there.
