Anyone here have other websites they frequent?

A friend just sent me a link to this one, thought it was pretty funny...

theonion is good for a larf

urbandictionary

fark.com

rense.com - has the best leads for conspiracy stuff, bar none, on the net. just don't take it as fact - let it lead you to legit places and ideas

and anything with the reptilian agenda, like stargods.com, good god is that the greatest conspiracy idea ever or what? lizards shape-shifting into humans when we're not looking!

wargamer.com - on the forum i used to get a laugh by stirring up the pot with ideas contrary to the ultra-right-help-israel-start-armageddon but got tired of the sport

consumptionjunction.com - used to read the column there every new one, some of the best literature on the net

tsn.ca

faceoff.com was the best hockey site, ever. it's loss is satan's gain for sure

imdb.com

IS there a site other than CP worth visiting?

There are a couple that I visit to see what is new, listen to music, or to give me a larf.

1) Punchbaby.com

This site is usually not a good spot to visit at work. There is a VERY wide variety of content, and some is of the "get fired" variety. But there are some seriously funny clips that can be found here.

2) NewsNow

This site has a great setup for searching thousands of sites for the latest news, hockey included.

3) Launch on Yahoo

Cool site where you can create your own music station. My station is here. They do seem to be going through some Canada/US broadcasting issues lately though.....

4) ANY site that bashes the Oilers.

The Synthetic Outlet

The first one is dedicated to snowmobiling and the second is my own little buisness.

One of my friends knows the guy who started Red Flag Deals up while he was a university student. Needless to say he has done quite well for himself ever since.

Here's one of my favourite websites:

The Degree Confluence Project

I don't even bother going to the sports sites anymore because I get direct links from here. Other than that, my staples are...

Space.com

Good for keeping my head in the stars and (sometimes) away from politics

Google News

Ya I checked that out after the news about it. Interesting. I stopped reading after the secret by the woman about how she used to get sexually abused by her father and that sometimes she enjoyed it. That is just too fataed up for even me. [/b][/quote]
I found a lot of stuff on postsecret incredibly disturbing and some of it sad beyond all beleif. Haven't read it for quite a while.

Some of my favourites:

canoe.ca
collegehumor.com
macaddict.com

Yeah I agree. I was surprised they put that one up there. However, I guess they put up what they get. But it was a little fataed up. In general though I find it an interesting site.
