As the thread title says make a bold prediction about the upcoming Flames year. Try to make it realistic, but possible.

Giordano wins the Norris.

Baertschi gets traded for a disgruntled RW prospect from another team.

Gaudreau leads the team in points.
Monahan does not score more than 15 goals.
Baertschi is traded by the end of October to Pittsburgh for a disappointing return. Sven proceeds to score at a 0.6 point/game clip with his new team.
Setoguchi plays 70+ games but doesn't record more than 20 points.
Ramo outplays Hiller by an unquestionable margin. Hiller still plays more games than Ramo.
Glencross is signed to a 4-year extension on trade deadline day.
Max Reinhart is traded to Vancouver.

Flames finish in top half of teams for goals against.
&
Monahan finishes the season above a +5 (only bold compared to last year)

Bennett returns to Flames after recovering from shoulder surgery.
Surprisingly, the Flames are a bubble team. Sam spends two weeks in Addy for conditioning. Returns to Calgary for his 9 game trial since he lights it up in the AHL.

He puts them in a playoff position so we decide to keep him in the NHL. We make the playoffs and he is the biggest reason (along with Rammo) that we get past the first round.

Unfortunately lighting doesn't strike twice and we lose in the second round in only 5 games.

Iginla is traded to the FLames at the deadline to help bolster the troops for the eventual ride to the cup.

Vancouver and Edmonton end up in positions 9 and 10.

Out of all the things you posted, this would make me the most unhappy. Please no.

Mark Jankowski and Jon Gillies get heavy consideration for the Hovey Baker Award.

Ferland scores 40 goals in the AHL this season.

Or at least on pace for 40, if he spends significant time in the NHL.

Bob Hartley will not finish the years as the coach of the Flames. I have nothing against the guy, but I am not quite sure he's the guy Burke and Treliving want coaching the team. Maybe he survives another year, but I don't see him sticking around much longer during the rebuild.
