Hi all,

Hoping someone here has an answer... I am looking at signing up for the Hot House wait list - does anyone know approx how long the current wait list is?

I am considering signing up for the game pack wait list or the second level wait list - if I were to get the game pack, does that eventually allow me first rights to full season tickets or would I need to sign up for the waitlist again if I decided to go with the a full season?

Does being a Flames season ticket holder give you first rights to other events at the Dome?

I believe in order to get first rights to other events at the Dome (concerts mostly) you have to be an Avison Young club member. Regular ticket holders do not get these offers.

Not really. During the lockout they threw us the odd bone, but other than that there really isn't much other than things like family skates at the Dome.

For me, the Press Level wait list was 3 days.

You have to stay in your level for 3 seasons, then you can move to another.

Yep, 3 years. Internally in PL though, you can move every year.

I signed up for Hot House wait list in the middle of last season and just got an email that I'll be able to choose a pair on June 25th.

Anyone else get an email like that?

Curious to know if it's a free for all on the 25th or if they're staggering the release of seats to Hot House members...

Just curious -- did you sign up for PL Seasons or 1st/2nd level? Was the offer on June 24/25 just for PL?

I was signed up for the 2nd level Hot House wait list.

At the bottom of the email was a link to purchase a pair of seats in the Press Level if I wanted. I checked it out and there were a bunch of seats on both sides.
This was the same offer that was mentioned in another thread that includes hot dog or hamburger, popcorn, 24 oz drink, a dessert treat and ticket for $23 every game...

The thought of eating all of that food 45 nights a year makes me gag.

I am on the 18th at 09:00, and assume that is the first day. I like the ability to log in and see all of the available seats in the dome, maybe something will catch my eye. Although it would be more complex, too bad they couldn't get this system set up for the season ticket relocation event.

If you have the ability to see and choose available seats for hot house members becoming season ticket holders, I cannot understand why season ticket holder relocation cannot be done online in the same fashion. Interesting.

Good morning everyone.

I'm not a big contributor here as you can see, however, I did take an interest within this community as an outlet for assistance and information in regards to season tickets, the waiting process, timelines, etc, and I wanted to log back in today and quickly share my story in this thread in hopes it will be helpful to those who were inquiring above, or to anyone else who may find the information useful.

I signed up for the Hot House level 2 around November of this past season, and was I believe 520 on the list if I recall correctly.

As had happened with many others, I was invited to consider the PL level a short while back for immediate tickets, to which I passed on. A short while later I received an email advising there were tickets available for me, and on my allotted time/date (yesterday), I could select. I ended up taking 2 seats in the whites (or is it blues now?) in section 214, closer to 213's side towards centre ice. There were also seats lower in the same section on row 8, but that fell under a higher price point and wasn't what we wanted to budget for. In addition, there were various other options, like 215, 219 for example. The map indicated there were other options as well for consideration all around the second bowl, but my target was to be in the attack end, not behind the netting, and within a respectable price point. So the 214 tickets seemed to fit that criteria, and as such I didn't look at what was available closer to centre ice as the price point changed, nor did I look at the far end as I was content in the attack zone.

So for folks wondering still on timelines, I was 520 on the list this year, signed up in November, and ended up with a fairly wide array of choices, settling ultimately in 214.

I hope this helps for anyone who was interested.

I signed up in December or January for 200 seats and just got them. This is about 3 years faster than the last ones we got (5 years ago)
