Now we're rolling! Chased Bob from the net, so that's a good sign.

Not a great game at all. The Monster loses his first playoff game.

Well that's not good, Coyotes were worried with this match up. Stars are a really good team and they clearly dominated today.

Coyotes will need to regroup or this will be a really short series....

Nice to win and get home ice back. That was our 9th straight one goal game to open up the playoffs. That has been our story all season, we find ways to win the close games and I really hope that will continue. Quick was really good in this one as the Sabres dominated for the entire 3rd period. Hopefully we can gain some momentum now and get the win in game 4.

Tough loss all around for the Sabres, who likely this time deserved better. We've been cursed since Cheesed annointed us Mojo2015...anyways costly loss as Enstrom, one of our top 4 d, goes down and we don't really have the depth to respond. GM undecided whether Engelland, Drewiske, Whitney or Despres will win the 6th d spot for tomorrow, but Emerson Etem who played well at the beginning of round 1 before being dispatched due to roster constraints will draw back in
