Sabres move on behind the strong play of Joey Mac, who gave Rask a much needed rest. Stajan went down a minute into his game, but fortunately the injury is not serious, although he already lost his 3rd line C spot to Manny Maholtra who played another very strong game a few nights ago. The 3rd line of Fehr-Maholtra-Gagner led the way in this one.

Sabres had to score in the 3rd to force OT. congrats to the Cats for a strong year

Glad to get this win. The series with Boston was a crazy one with all the games decided by one goal and 5/6 games going to overtime. Glad to be on the right end of 4 of those OT games. Parise had a big game 6 and the pairing of Markov and Hainsey performed well.
Congrats to the Bruins by securing a playoff spot in the crazy race down the stretch.

We are looking forward to round 2.

Oh great. We are also in danger of blowing the 3-1 lead. I knew that there was a good chance that this goes to game 7, but I was hoping to avoid that after game 4! Ben Bishop was horrific here posting a .762 save percentage before getting the hook. Just an all round train wreck for the Preds as we have been bad the last couple of games and all the momentum is with the Coyotes.

Coyotes manage to win once again when facing an elimination game.

Series is off to game 7. Experts all had this one going the duration.
