And we called people crazy when they suggested this was how the new building was being financed...

Unclaimed 50-50 ticket = good luck charm?

4-0-1 when 50-50 is unclaimed.... I suggest we beat up anyone who tries to claim the 50-50 from now on.

What happens to the unclaimed money? Do those minor league teams or whoever who received the first half receive it?

What happens to the money if it stays unclaimed? For instance, I doubt the $44k from October is getting claimed at this point...

Looks like someone asked first...

You could overhear Beasley on the broadcast, it was a record pot.

Roll it over into bigger starting pots.

Is there a reason they didn't call the numbers last night at the regular time? I know they were making announcements about it over PA, but way too loud to hear anything.

Anyone have the numbers? Buddy of mine was at the game and bought tickets, buy ended up getting plowed and doesn't remember if he checked his numbers.

Full time moron status confirmed. I saw the numbers and they didn't register in my brain. Apologies, and thanks.

When that happens in the Peg they add it to the pot, San Jose game in March with the unclaimed cash was like 100k. Can't imagine what my liver would look like after winning that.

He wasnt the only one who missed it.... they announced it right at the very end of the game when the building was rocking and it wasnt posted on the screen.

The fact they did not call the number at the game probably has the most to do with it. I bought a ticket and totally forgot about it when it was not called. After the win last night, not hard to imagine people heading home and ticket being lost

Nah they called it, you were too drunk apparently.

Edit: Or maybe they didn't! I just watched it again and they announced the total, but said the winning ticket could be found on the website after the game.

How weird. Maybe just too loud?

When though? Presumably the winners have some time to collect. Will the home opener next year just be an epic pot? Or just divide it out over all the games for the year?
