Good win for the Predators as we double up the Habs 4-2. Strong performance from Keith with a pair of assists and overall good outing for the club. Most importantly we weathered the storm here and should get Filppula back for our next game.

Jackets lose a close one to the Ducks but also lost Stoll to an injury. If Marleau is not traded he will be promoted back to the 2nd line where we could use some of his offense.

Badly outplayed but the King gets us the win. The Wild move into 6th in the West for the first time this season.

Pens shake the Blues in shootout win, earn playoff birth.

For the 5th game in a row the Pittsburgh Penguins found themselves in a shootout. The Pens were 2-2 in the previous attempts and continued their win one lose one trend with a win. The win was a big win in the standings as it propelled the Penguins into the playoffs. The Pens are currently the only team in the east to clinch so far and hold a 7 point lead over the 2nd place Panthers and a 8 point lead over the 3rd place Blue Jackets.

The Pens hope to continue their winning ways and hang onto the top spot with only 9 games left on the schedule.

Kings still struggling to win after the recent injury bug.

Close enough to a playoff spot that we can just coast in and pick things back up when the team is fully recovered.

Always nice to get a win over the Canucks. Even if it is just fantasy hockey

Tight win against CBJ, team still picking up points despite Toews being out. Minny has to be one of the hottest teams in the back half of the season, would not want to see them in round 1!
