Sending a PM to more than 5 people?

Is there a way to send PMs to more than 5 people at once?
I set up contests twice a week and send PMs to those who have voiced interest. Right now, that number is close to 20, and it's growing.
Rather than send 4+ separate messages to 5 people, is there a way to send one single message to a bunch of people?

Not currently, I might see if I can change it on a user basis. It's set low to prevent spamming.

Ok I bumped it up to 20 for people who are fully registered and have ticket forum access. Could also be a performance issue too so keep an eye on it, if the whole forum slows down when you send them might need to look at some other way to accomplish the goal.
