That's a solid deal for Anaheim.

Anaheim is obsessed with defence. That is one stacked defensive core

Considering Vatanen is due back in the next 4 weeks or so, they will be stacked for the playoffs.

I wonder who Rene Bourque is going to replace in the BJ's lineup...

Nice set of dmen for the Ducks. Especially once Vatanen is back.

Vatanen, Lindholm, Fowler, Beauchemin, Manson, Stoner, Brewer, Wisniewski, Despres, Holzer

...Bork on the move again? Really?

I'm assuming ANA is retaining some of Bork's salary, else why not just grab him off waivers?

Good deal for both sides. Karlsson has fairly good potential.

Going to be weird if Bourque actually gets told to report to the Jackets AHL team like what happened with Conacher, especially with guys like Boll still on the team.

Then again, Bourque sucks now but so do Boll and Clarkson.

He's probably in there for salary consideration. Wiz makes a decent amount of coin so Anaheim likely had to shed some salary to take on that contract. As such is seems highly unlikely that they would have retained any of Bourque's salary.
