2014-15 NCAA Basketball thread or Can anyone beat Kentucky?

Another great season for my Wichita State Shockers..ranked #15 at 21-3, but they aren't the team they were last season. Will be fun to see how far they go.

Kentucky is a machine.

West Virginia is interesting this year.

They've missed the tourney 2 years in a row, but have been ranked pretty well all year after beating UConn in Puerto Rico back in November. Nice surprise after losing 44% of our scoring. I checked a few games ago and they have the highest defensive TO% since 2002. Teams are turning the ball over 30% of the time. I think it was the game against Oklahoma when the announcers kept comparing them to the Arkansas teams of about 20 years ago.

Unfortunately they have only beaten one likely at large bid team this year though and have a brutal end of season schedule in the Big 12 with all of our TCU and TTU (and K-State too I guess) games done already. Should have a tournament resume even if we go 2-7 in the last stretch here, but I'd rather go 3-6 or 4-5 so I'm not sweating on Selection Sunday (less than a month away).

Kentucky absolutely can be beaten. Probably not in regular season though. Toughest games are @Tennessee, @ Georgia and vs. Florida. Those should all have point spreads around 10 points.

I don't like them as much as the MKG and Anthony Davis team. The scary thing about this Kentucky team is that I think they are clearly the best team but I haven't seen them play a good game in a while.
