Default January 8 with ten games!

Just like yesterday, it is a national doubleheader night in Canada and the USA except on different channels.
The Stanley Cup finals rematch is happening and I wonder if Lundqvist will have those nightmares throw him off his game.

After two periods
Bruins lead 2-0
It is 1-1 between the Capitals and Flyers

They still have good chemistry. Very strange that they lead a team full of young talent.

Boston wins.

Three points clear of the Leafs for the last playoff spot in the East.

Adam Larsson looks like a good hockey player again. It's amazing what getting rid of DeBoer did for him.

Jets with a horrendous first period in the desert. Down 2-0, should be down more, and blew nearly 90 seconds of two separate 5 on 3 powerplays to end the first. Also had a goal called back after Wheeler accidentally-on-purpose fell on the goalie.

And Tanguay has more goals than Iggy. Crazy.

Sharks blown out at home, Jets losing after two, Stars held to a point, Minnesota loses again.

If one or both of Florida or New York can do us a favour, this could be a solid night in the OOT.

He was 13g 15a after the Bruins 41st game last year. 12g 15a this year after 41.

Jets crashing down. Panthers took a 3-1 lead on the Canucks, and the Rangers have come back to take a lead in their game against the Kings.

Voracek had the OT winner vs. the Caps tonight. Maybe it's just me but it seems there's surprisingly little talk about him considering he leads the league in scoring. Giroux/Voracek is quickly becoming an elite duo in the league, up there with Kane/Toews, Backstrom/Ovi, Benn/Seguin etc. Too bad the team success isn't there.

Damn, he could easily score 25-30 again this season.
