Default December 30, just four games.

It is a quiet OOT for a Tuesday, but tomorrow will be busier than usual.
There are no nationally televised games in english.

Scrivens and Fasth are probably both making their case to the coach as to why they should be rested tonight. This should be an arsekicking.

After two periods, the Habs lead 1-0. Gallagher with the only goal coming late in the second period.

The Blues and Predators are tied 1-1 midway through the second period.
Weber with the Predators goal late in the first period and Butler ties the game just fifty seconds into the second period.

The same thing can basically be said about the Habs-Panthers game, that is why the Panthers and Lightning have always requested that these teams come in late December.

Is Gene Principe seriously a real person? He's really just a parody of some 80's Oiler fanboy broadcaster or something, right?

If real, he's weird...and no good.

LOL Principe comapring receiveing underwear for Christmas to Leon getting sent down. Sometimes (usually) he comes off as a hack. I hope he didn't write that stuff himself.

I'm pretty sure I didn't see a single fan cheering when the Oilers came on the ice. Good start.

That doesn't look like a hooking penalty to me.

That's pretty textbook IMO. Stick into hand = penalty most of the time

I am torn. Best result for us is if the Oilers can beat the Kings, next to impossible but still the best result. On the flip side, in the high probablility that the kings win I want them to embarrass them.

Wow. Nashville I think get a good goal(just) wiped off on review, but then tie the game anyway from the resulting face off. You couldn't make it up!

Unfortunately, I think we need to cheer for the oilers tonight..... and for the Canucks/Sharks game to end in regulation.

It wasn't the initial play when they were battling it was right before he stole the puck he got him in the hands

Drew Remenda said it looked like the Oilers got lucky. It sure didn't look textbook to me. Whatever.

Here we go. And there was much celebration. Oilers score!!!!
