Flames Practice times?

I want to take my son to watch a flames practice, does anyone know what time they are at? Specifically tomorrow or Wednesday?

Practice is usually at 10am.

Give (403) 777-4646 a call tomorrow about 9am and they will have either a recorded message option that will tell you the time or you can talk to someone and ask.

I'm looking for some advice. I got a hold of a Johnny Gaudreau game-used (from penticton), #53 stick. Is there a way to get it signed if I were to go to a practice?

Hang out where they drive out (I think it's the North east end of saddledome) sometimes the guys will stop as there driving out and sign stuff, I did it a few years ago and got my sons jersey signed by iggy, phaneuf, bourque, and a few others.
